We collect: account information (name, email, company, phone, billing address), payment data (processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers), usage data (servers deployed, domains registered, support tickets), and technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
3. Purpose & Legal Basis
We process your data to: (a) provide and maintain our services (contractual necessity), (b) process payments (contractual necessity), (c) send service notifications and invoices (legal obligation), (d) improve our platform (legitimate interest), and (e) comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing
We share data with: our infrastructure providers (Hetzner, Cloudflare, MXRoute) as necessary to deliver services, Stripe for payment processing, and Directus for our CMS/database. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We may disclose data if required by law.
5. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in the European Union (Hetzner data centers in Germany and Finland) and the United States (Cloudflare, Stripe). We ensure appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place for transfers outside the EU.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for the duration of your account plus 3 years after account closure for legal and accounting obligations. Payment data is retained by Stripe per their retention policy. You may request earlier deletion of your data.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, delete your data (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@stelo.cloud. We respond within 30 days.

We implement appropriate technical measures including encryption (TLS 1.3), access controls, regular security audits, and secure data storage. Our infrastructure providers (Hetzner, Cloudflare) maintain ISO 27001 certified data centers.
