Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Stelo Cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
2. Service Description
Stelo Cloud provides cloud infrastructure services including virtual private servers (VPS), domain name registration and management, and email hosting. Services are delivered through our partners: Hetzner (cloud servers), Cloudflare (domains and DNS), and MXRoute (email). We act as a reseller, adding management, support, and billing on top of these infrastructure providers.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments & Billing
Services are billed monthly or annually as specified at checkout. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in service suspension. You can manage your payment methods and view invoices from your customer dashboard.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We strive for 99.9% uptime for our cloud infrastructure. Credits may be issued for verified downtime exceeding SLA thresholds. Details are outlined in our SLA policy. Domain registration and email services are subject to the uptime guarantees of their respective providers.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any illegal activity, sending spam, hosting malware, conducting DDoS attacks, or any other abusive behavior. Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund. We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.
7. Domain Registration
Domain registrations are subject to ICANN rules and each TLD's registry policies. You must provide accurate registrant information. Domain renewals are automatic unless canceled. Failure to renew may result in domain loss. Transferring domains away requires unlocking and authorization codes.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your services at any time from your dashboard. Refunds for VPS services are provided within 14 days of initial purchase (prorated for unused time). Domain registrations are non-refundable once registered. Email hosting fees are non-refundable after the first 14 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
Stelo Cloud is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or business interruption. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by our upstream providers (Hetzner, Cloudflare, MXRoute).
10. Data Protection
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR). As a data controller, we handle your personal information to provide and bill our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be settled by the courts of Paris, France.
